Have you heard of these quotes nowadays “craving for a positive vibe”, “radiate positive vibes,” “good vibes only,” and many more? Do you know what vibe is?
In simple words, vibes are the vibrations you give to the universe or the people around you. The vibe is basically your aura.
So, you ever read of the law of vibration?
It might seem like some chemistry topic. But in reality, it isn’t. It is a philosophy which will undoubtedly help you introspect yourself and eventually help you raise your positive vibrations.
Without wasting another second, let’s jump into it.
What is the Law of Vibration?
The term Law of Vibration came out when we looked at physics and gravity laws and how they work in our everyday lives.
There are two different types of vibrations you can feel in your body.
● Static Vibrations
● Dynamic Vibrations
The static vibration that takes place when you stand still or are sitting still for some time, and the second type, the dynamic vibration, is felt when you move around and are moving forward or back. Both types have different effects on your body and mind.
When you move your body from static vibrations, the force of gravity pulls your body down. This is the most important of all physics laws, which is the basis for our bodies’ mass. As your body moves forward, the gravitational force pulls you back up, and as you move backward, it pulls you further back down. To experience this constant weighting and pull, you must be moving forward, and your body will continuously be moving forward.
As your body continues to move forward, the more weight you take on, the lower you go. The faster the motion is going forward, the more weight you take on, and the harder it is for your body to keep up with speed.
If you are standing still and let your body hang there like a pendulum, then your entire body will vibrate. But if you move your body forward and keep your arms and legs moving, you will notice that the vibrations decrease and become slower as you move forward. The vibration of each of your parts will be in the same direction, and you will feel as if your body has become heavier.
As you move through different types of vibrations, you will find that each of these types will affect your body and mind. Some of the effects are obvious, while others are not. For example, if you are running, the faster you go, the stronger your vibration will be.
The Law of Vibration states that you cannot get anything from nothing. So, it has to be done with the proper tools when you try to move from something. It would be best if you learned how to use your mind to focus on what is essential and think of it as a necessity rather than a luxury.
By focusing on what is essential in your life, you will find that you are not using your mind as much and that your body will begin to work more efficiently and naturally. When you do this, you will notice that you have more control over how you feel, and you will have more control over the things you do.
There is another Law of Vibration, the Law of Affluence, which says that everything you desire comes to you through your vibration. If you want a new car, you will feel more attracted to getting one, and you will find yourself making it your number one priority. The Law of Attraction works by allowing you to change your vibration, and then you receive your desires.
The more you vibrate, the more you will attract things to you, and the easier you will attract them to you. The more that you believe in yourself, the more you attract yourself into your thoughts.
Vibration is very important to the Law of Attraction because it helps to bring you what you wish to attract and allows you to focus on the things you want to bring into your life.
When you are aware of your vibration and focus on the things you are grateful for, you can feel the law of attraction working in your favor. When you are grateful, you can attract to your thoughts and feelings, whatever it is that you desire, and you can see how easily the law of attraction works.

Stop the Negative Vibes:
First of all, learn how to stop the negative vibes that are always around you. This is probably one of the most important things that you need to master because when you think negatively, you cannot think positively (Obviously). It’s also very easy to let negative vibes affect your thoughts and actions. You see, everyone has a certain frequency level, and as soon as you get stuck on a certain frequency level, you are going to attract negative vibes with it. This is why most people tend to become depressed and even angry due to having a low vibration level.
Using affirmations, you can boost your vibrations by increasing the vibrations you feel whenever you think about something that will work positively for you. An affirmation can be anything that you want to say to yourself that will motivate you to move forward in life. If you don’t want to do anything more than just repeat your affirmations, you can always use affirmations software, which can be downloaded online. They are very effective when you are trying to improve your vibrancy.
You may be wondering how to raise your positive vibration. Well, you can try to visualize your place where you can start living your life on a higher vibration level. To do this, you should visualize yourself as being surrounded by the positive things that will happen to you if you would take action and put them into action. This can be accomplished by imagining having a beautiful home, the right car, a good job, etc. Once you have successfully visualized these things, you will be able to bring them into reality.
Another way you can increase the positive vibrancy in your life is to practice meditation. Meditation is an extremely powerful technique because it helps you eliminate all the negative thoughts and feelings you experience in your daily life. When you practice meditation, you can calm yourself down and positively impact everything around you. You will find that meditation is much easier when you know how to practice it, and this will help you bring more positive energy into your life.
Eat the Right Foods:
One of the best ways that you can raise your positive vibrancy is by choosing to eat the right foods. You should always try to eat healthy, balanced. Eating the right kind of foods will also help you to increase the positive vibrancy in your life.
When you feel depressed and frustrated with your life, it is a good idea to read positive books or articles that will help you get to the bottom of what is wrong and how to change it for the better. You need to understand that you have the power to change your life, and you have to choose to use it.
Finally, you can also learn how to raise your positive vibe by taking part in various rituals and exercises. For example, you can learn to meditate and perform yoga or join a group of friends who are also striving for a better life. You must understand that you can change your life in a very positive way if you know how to do so.

How Can You Become a Better Person?
Self-development is a gradual process of becoming aware of others’ personal worth, learning how to recognize their needs and interests, and creating a positive attitude towards life. It is a gradual process, with no one person achieving full self-development at one time.
Personal development encompasses activities that improve self-awareness, develop personal talents, develop skills and abilities, build potential and empower potential, improve the quality of one’s life and contribute positively to achieving one’s goals and dreams. There are several ways by which one can achieve this. They include self-help, professional development and education, community and volunteer work, and personal growth seminars and workshops.
Self-development is something every person must do in order to develop into a complete and well-balanced person. The key is in the type of self-development method chosen. Some types of self-development are more effective than others and may take longer. Some people choose to practice self-improvement through personal development workshops or seminars that help develop the mind, body, and spirit.
Some people choose to take up self-development more traditionally through self-help books, tapes, and DVDs that teach them how to become better and more balanced individuals. Others take the traditional route to self-development by joining a self-improvement group or attending seminars and workshops, which can help them make positive changes in their lives.
Other types of self-development involve self-improvement through counseling sessions and therapy. Counseling sessions help a person identify their problem areas and learn ways to overcome them. Therapy helps a person to change his or her thinking patterns. These two methods are often used together in order to achieve the same effect.
Other effective self-development strategies include yoga, acupuncture, and meditation. Yoga, which involves stretching and relaxation, is very effective for many people because it allows the body and mind to become free and flexible. It is also very good for stress. Acupuncture and meditation both relax the mind and calm the body. In addition, these techniques have been known to help with anxiety and depression.
These techniques all aid the body, mind, and spirit to improve a person’s ability to develop and grow. They can be very effective at reducing stress, lowering blood pressure, and lowering heart attack and stroke risk.
The various techniques vary depending on the type of individual, but they all help in improving the person’s life. Some techniques work for some people, while others experience little or no effect at all and also may take longer than others and may only require one session or training.
Some people may find it beneficial to join a support group in order to learn more about self-development. This can be very helpful because the person will be able to talk with other individuals who have experienced the same problems that are causing his or her own fears and concerns. In this way, they will know what other people feel about certain issues and what to avoid.
Self-improvement can be achieved with the help of friends and family members who may have experienced similar problems in their own lives. This is a great way to get someone started on the right track. The more a person learns about self-improvement, the easier it becomes to find the techniques that work for him or her.
There are some self-improvement programs and activities that can be undertaken at home. For example, people who are looking to improve themselves can consider taking a writing workshop. This provides a chance to write down their thoughts, goals, and dreams. The results can then be used as a starting point to creating a personal action plan to improve and enhance the way a person thinks.
A good way to learn about self-improvement is to participate in an art activity such as painting, drawing, or writing. The more creative the person is, the more likely they will be to produce beautiful works of art. These artistic creations can then be used as a foundation for creating more complex works of art. Self-improvement can be achieved in various ways; however, it is important to choose the method that best suits the person’s needs.

How to be more productive
Do you think you have problems with time management? Do you feel that you need help with organizing and solving tasks? It wouldn’t hurt when it comes to learning, would it? If so, then this article is for you. Or do you think you are more efficient than anyone? I find it hard to believe that you know every solution here.
Productivity is hard
Do you sometimes feel that the days are passing in vain? Time flies, and you fail to accomplish any critical task by the end of the day – do you? All you do is be lazy, scroll on Instagram, and keep your eyes peeled on YouTube.
I have experienced this several times. It certainly happened to you, whoever you were. Come on, don’t try to sneak in. It doesn’t work out. Recognize and get over it – that’s it. We’re all human; it’s in our genes to be lazy.
It’s scientifically proven after all.
The human brain will favor sedentary activities despite others. Tens of thousands of years of evolution have led to this. Your body seeks to consume as little energy as possible – it’s normal to want to sit on the couch instead of going to the gym.
Anyone can choose to be more productive, whether it’s homework, learning, exercise, or anything else. It’s not as hard as it sounds. Well, now there’s no flower in my ear. But if you can, you can. I assure you!
What should you do? The first thing is to get to work. And stay focused.
I know it’s tempting to watch another clip. Or like a few more posts. But you have to know how to say, “STOP,” otherwise you won’t get anywhere. Once you get to work, make sure you stay focused! For this, prepare a special place to work.
Don’t forget to put everything you need at hand. This way, you make sure you don’t run around the house looking for sheets, ink supplies, or USB sticks in the middle of the project. It’s a discomfort that can make you stop working.
I’ll tell you what I do to be more productive. It’s nothing complicated. It’s hard to implement, though. Here are some universal tips, no matter what task you do!
Make a “TO-DO list.”
What’s that “TO-DO list”? A to-do list. Take a pencil (or a notebook, whatever you want) and write down on a piece of paper (or on the phone) all the things you want to complete that day. Then organize them according to priority and difficulty.
Do you want honest advice? Start with the most challenging tasks and end with the easiest ones – if you do the opposite, you risk not finishing the heavier ones. I’ve had this happen many times – you don’t.
You can make such lists for the next day or an entire week. Hell, if you like to have everything organized, you can make such a list for a whole month!
Napoleon was unique. And you don’t seem to be a relative of his, to be honest.
Don’t do multitasking. It’s an awful way to be effective. Either that or you start several tasks, but you don’t complete any. Multitasking leads to weak attention and low efficiency.
Get rid of distractions
Fuck the phone. Once you’ve had the strength to turn off notifications – or better yet, turn it off – you’re the most successful. And you know it!
Smartphones, video games, and TV are the biggest obstacles. Please get rid of them! Move to another room if you can’t keep them locked while you work. Can’t you do without them? Damn then. If you used the phone or listened to something in the background while you worked, you were 36% less attentive. That’s not good at all!
Give yourself rewards
Did you finish learning that hard lesson in history? Is the math homework ready? Did you manage to write an essay in English? Did you finally finish that long and tedious novel?
Cool! Take a break; you deserve it. And don’t forget to reward yourself.
It may seem doubtful to give yourself a bonus, but it helps you be more efficient. Before you start working, think of a “prize” to benefit from in the end. Whether it’s 30 minutes of relaxation, a few games on an online game, or a sweet snack, the reward at the end helps you finish faster.
Take breaks between tasks
Relax from time to time. This way, you avoid unnecessary headaches. He’s not kidding you, though. Don’t turn the break into a lazy hour!
How to be more productive when you learn
Make schemes. I’m not talking about maneuvers, by the way. I don’t ask you to buy jeans from Turkey and double them on Facebook. I ask you to read the lesson twice and then get the main ideas and crucial information out of it. Put them all on a piece of paper, in a diagram or list. Then remember everything on the list – so make sure you don’t forget your vital information!
Give yourself tests. Yeah, I know, that sounds weird. But it’s not. It’s beneficial, you know. Self-assess yourself: it’s a simple and effective way to learn thoroughly.
3. Learn with someone
Do you think learning is boring? Then try to learn with a friend or colleague. You can check each other or share the information.
4. Explain it to someone else
Try to explain to someone what you have learned. This way, you will better understand the matter. If you have a long and tedious lesson, tell someone. Why does this help you? By telling the task to someone unfamiliar with the information, you will use simpler words. Your brain will seek to simplify the lesson. It’s an excellent trick!
5. Take a nap
After you learn, take a nap. Sleep an hour or 90 minutes during the day after you know. If you do this, the information is better stored in memory. That’s why some learn best in the evening – because in the morning, after a restful sleep, they remember more easily what they remembered.
How to be more productive when doing homework
1. Time yourself
Put on a timer. After 30 or 45 minutes, take a break. This way, you avoid boredom and fatigue. Also, time the breaks to make sure you don’t waste time.
2. Turn off the phone
Or put him in another room. Forget about games and social networking – you have better things to do. The smartphone is the biggest enemy when it comes to productivity!
3. Solve what is difficult first
Don’t leave the most challenging homework for later. Solve it as soon as possible! Otherwise, you risk doing them poorly or not doing them at all. As time goes on, you get more and more tired, so be sure to finish the most challenging homework first! If you do this, in the end, you will have to solve what is more manageable. Even if you are more tired, it will be a breeze because everything more difficult has passed.
4. Use additional materials (NOT your phone)
I know, I know – it’s much faster to use the net to search for information. We all agree with that. But you risk getting on with others. Once you get on the phone, you are tempted to check out games or social media. Come on, don’t say it’s not like that.
Use books, textbooks, or portfolios when doing homework. Searching for information thus retains you faster because you make an effort to search for it. The phone searches faster, but you forget the information as quickly as you found it.
5. Drink water / Eat well
Make sure you are hydrated and have something in your backpack before you get to work. Otherwise, you stop in the middle of work, and that’s not good. Once you stop to eat, you risk taking other breaks or stopping everything from working. It is also scientifically proven that your chances of retaining information effectively decrease significantly if you are dehydrated. Do you not believe me? Google it.
How to be more productive when you need to read
1. Show the book
You don’t feel like reading. You get along with others, and it’s hard to change the activity with a less attractive one: reading. To avoid this, expose the book. Please put it on the desk, in your backpack, or on the bed. It will make it easier for you to start.
2. Take short breaks between chapters
Take 5 or 10-minute breaks between chapters, so you don’t get tired quickly. You think these breaks make you not want to start again. You are right! That’s why you have to time your breaks. Use your phone to set a timer. When time runs out, get your hands on the book!
3. Skip what is not important
Do you think the novel has too many pages? Avoid long descriptions. Skip the paragraphs that you don’t find interesting. Reads the dialogue, usually contains crucial information, and characterizes the characters.
This method kills the charm of reading, but it’s a quick way to read.
Once a few dozen pages, stop reading. Take your eyes off the book and make a brief recap of what you read—this way, the information catches you better. Make a general recap at the end of the book. Sometimes I write a summary of the book in my diary. Maybe it helps you too!
How to be more productive when it comes to exercise
1. Establish a schedule
Make a schedule that you can follow. Do not set unattainable goals. Be realistic and make a program easy enough to follow.
2. Pay the subscription in advance
Pay the subscription for one month. If you don’t feel like going to the gym for your own good, maybe you’re going because it hurts to waste your money. It hurts me to pay for a whole month and go once every five days… so I go much more often if I know I’ve already given the money!
3. Tell someone
Let someone know you’re going to the gym. Tell a friend or family member. Tell him exactly when and for how long. Why? Because you’re going to feel bad if you don’t keep your word!
That’s about it
Ready. No article on productivity can do your job for you. Go to work!
