If you are standing still and let your body hang there like a pendulum, then your entire body will vibrate. But if you move your body forward and keep your arms and legs moving, you will notice that the vibrations decrease and become slower as you move forward. The vibration of each of your parts will be in the same direction, and you will feel as if your body has become heavier.
As you move through different types of vibrations, you will find that each of these types will affect your body and mind. Some of the effects are obvious, while others are not. For example, if you are running, the faster you go, the stronger your vibration will be.
